XFL Possibly Done...Again



This time though it literally isn't Vince's fault. I wasn't a consistent viewer of it, but this iteration of the XFL was nothing like the original.

This was a more serious football league with people like Oliver Luck involved as commissioner, and was a far more serious product than Vince's first attempt at spring football.

There were also innovations such as the XFL figuring out how to make kickoffs less dangerous, and still having returns.  The PAT rules were a nice change of pace too.

A lot of folks will snark about the failure of the league as if it is similar to the AAF or that the primary reason wasn't a viral pandemic, but I saw this Tweet earlier and it spoke to me...
