CARD DETAILS

  • ACTION Wrestling and SUP Bonestorm Champion AC Mack defending BOTH titles against Joey Lynch in a rematch of the first match in ACTION history! - This promises to be a good one as Joey Lynch is a guy that AC Mack has NOT beaten in ACTION. They competed in the very first match in ACTION history, and Joey has been waiting for his title opportunity to return. We may see a new double champ tonight, and I hope we do.

  • IWTV Champion WARHORSE defends against AJ Gray - WARHORSE is one of the fastest rising stars in independent wrestling. AJ Gray is an absolute HOSS, and is also rising up the indie ranks. This one will be quite the battle, and the coveted IWTV Championship will be on the line!

  • O'Shay Edwards v "Lone Star" Curt Stallion - This isn't a HOSS FIGHT in the traditional sense because if you've seen Curt Stallion he isn't built like a hoss, but when I tell you that he fights like a hoss I am not lying. These two have been taking some personal digs at each other via social media as it relates to their careers going back 3 years or so. Both have a lot of pride on the line too. Can't wait to see how this shakes out.

  • Alex Zayne v "The Captain" Shawn Dean - First thought that comes to mind is "crowd pleasing." These two will likely put on a aerial show that you will not believe. We've seen "The Captain" do it against Benjamin Carter and others in ACTION. We'll get the opportunity to see indie sensation Alex Zayne do it for the first time in ACTION TONIGHT!

  • Lance Anoa'i v Arik Royal - A member of the Samoan Dynasty (yes, he's related to Roman Reigns and The Usos among other legends) is taking on "The ACE." I am very excited to see Lance in this environment making his ACTION debut. We know he's got the pedigree for great things in this business, and I'd like to see it for myself. I already know what Royal is all about, and it's being BIG, and SURLY. He's also extremely talented.

  • Alan Angels v Gary Jay - The newly beloved Alan Angels taking on one of my absolute favorites who hails from St. Louis in Gary Jay. The ACTION crowd is far more familiar with Alan Angels who has a creative offensive mind, but Gary Jay is no stranger to the area. He finally made it to ACTION,  after a cancellation last year, at the Founders Day show and I first saw him in Atlanta Wrestling Entertainment (AWE). He's also been prominently featured in Scenic City shows over the years. He's a tremendous talent, and I'm glad the Town of Tyrone will get to see him in ACTION's home site finally.

  • Team TAG (Billy Buck, Kevin Blue, & Chris Spectra) v Team ACTION ("The CEO" Matt Griffin, Bobby Flaco, and another partner of The CEO's choosing as Slim J is OUT with an injury) in a STREET FIGHT for control of ACTION Wrestling - This has been percolating since the very first ACTION show, and it's going to be an absolute WAR. The crowd will absolutely be backing The CEO, Bobby Flaco, and whoever there mystery partner ends up being. If you like your wrestling to be more about emotion than moves then this is the match you'll want to see. It has the makings to be the hottest match in ACTION history.

  • "The Rock N Roll Model" Matt Sells v Benjamin Carter - The high-flying, and crowd-pleasing Benjamin Carter is BACK, and the ACTION crowd always loves Matt Sells. Should be a fun one, and it's going to be interesting to see if a) Matt Sells can get his first win of the year in October and b) how he handles Benjamin Carter's style.

Listen to The Wrestling Brethren Podcast episode that I did with Norko, and "The CEO" Matt Griffin after you read this for more discussion about these great matches!
