Avengers: Endgame (2019) Spoiler-Free Review

After ACTION Wrestling 8 last Friday, my family headed over to the theater in Newnan, GA to check out Avengers: Endgame. All four of us were beyond pumped for the film, and anticipated enjoying it thoroughly. The early reviews I heard kind of confirmed that for me.

Unsurprisingly, we all LOVED it. Endgame is an absolutely tremendous film, and a beautiful ending to the story the MCU has told to this point. If you're like me , you will also be very excited and curious to see what the next chapter of the MCU is as well.

One criticism I've heard is that there's "too much fanservice."

In the context of this film, I don't think that's possible. Endgame was tasked with wrapping up this rich comic book film universe that has been ongoing for the last 11 years. It needed to be filled with fanservice, and honestly there's so many winks and nods during this film I did not even catch them all.

It is a beautifully made film, and a satisfying conclusion to the stories we've followed since Iron Man (2008), and while I am not in the group that cried during it I will say it definitely packs an emotional punch.

If you think you'll like it, I hope you've already seen it. If you haven't, I hope you make it soon. We are taking Dad (and Mom if she wants to go) to see it soon. I am looking forward to my second viewing, and to see what he/they think of it.

I hope they love it as much as I did.

For the record, a full spoiler review with video is probably on the way in the upcoming weeks.

The only spoiler I will give you is this...
