#TOYSPOTTING: WWE Elite Legends Series

Ringside Collectibles just shared a link to a pre-order for a WWE Elite Legends series.

I am freaking JACKED for this series and if you have followed my Twitter feed or South Atlanta Wrestling you should already know why. If you don't, I will explain it in two words: Magnum TA. That's right, the long-shelved Magnum TA figure is finally getting released and I cannot wait.

Out of my three favorite wrestlers of all-time ("Nature Boy" Ric Flair, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, and Magnum TA) he's the only one who hasn't had a figure released. I have multiples of the other guys and not one single Magnum TA figure.

Had I not already gotten Kamala in the Mattel WWE Legend series, I would also be looking for him. I am kind of curious as to what that Shawn Michaels figure ends up looking like as well, but I intend to get the Network Spotlight one so I will probably pass on it as well.

If the Tweet above isn't showing up for you for some reason, here's the lineup:
  1. Chris Jericho
  2. Kamala
  3. Magnum TA
  4. Shawn Michaels
  5. Ultimate Warrior
  6. Undertaker
I hope this series sells well because I would love to see an even more diverse selection of legend figures as we go forward.

UPDATE: I read on the WrestlingFigs.com Forums that Elite Legends is not the name of the series, but just something Ringside Collectibles came up with to identify it.

  1. Yea, even if you aren't a collector, it's important to buy this Maggie May as if he sells, it will go a long way towards getting more of the underappreciated (or midcard) 80s JCP guys. I want a Midnight Express and Jim Cornette. I want a Varsity Club. Roadies, Flair, Sting, and Dusty are safe. Maggie is a measuring stick for other NWA guys.
